About the Role The Company is seeking a Global Business Development Lead to drive the expansion of its ecosystem across various Web3 sectors. Key responsibilities include team leadership, goal setting, market penetration strategies, and personal contributions to the growth of the ecosystem through proactive sales initiatives and market exploration.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or partnership relations, with at least 2 years in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, specifically with Layer-1 blockchain technologies. A robust international network and proven ability to navigate diverse cultural business environments are essential. The role requires proven leadership skills, experience in sales funnel management, and a broad expertise across multiple Web3 sectors.
