Applicants must be university graduates with over 10 years of management and leadership experience, preferably in the digital workplace services/end-user experience field. The role demands a leader with a specific focus on end-user experience, a proven track record of innovation, and agility in thought. The VP will be expected to manage a major service line, lead functional and behavioral changes in the team, and ensure delivery excellence while maintaining top-quartile cost competitiveness. Key qualifications include being a recognized subject matter expert in the market, experience in managing large global teams, and outstanding communication skills. The role also requires the ability to design business processes that enhance the end-user experience and to build and maintain C-level relationships both internally and externally.
