Receive information about work priorities by email and communicate them to the group. Indicates work priorities for the group. Make sure that the group carries out the work according to the established priorities and that they document what they do correctly. Notifies any situation that arises and affects the work to the supervisor. Receive supervisor assignments and then assign work and train team members in safe and correct procedures and performance requirements. Plan the work that the group will do. Assists the personnel assigned in the resolution of technical problems at work and refers the supervisor to those situations that require it. Ask the supervisor for the necessary tools to be required in the Toolcript system. Ensures that the group has the necessary tools and materials to carry out their work. Inspect, coordinate and document the work that the group does. Complete your own time record sheets and debit the corresponding accounts. Follow up the maintenance department in relation to repairs and equipment maintenance. Guides employees regarding problems related to discipline at work and refers situations to the supervisor if necessary. Recommends to the supervisor work assignments for employees of different groups. Prepares work reports made by operator cells indicating the number of parts and priorities among other information. Monitors the preventive maintenance of the equipment with the operators and requests changes in the date or coordination of maintenance. You can substitute the supervisor in your absence. He is aware of the work of the operators in the absence of the supervisor and consults decisions with any other supervisor that has been assigned to the area temporarily. It can cover employees during breaks, absences or periods of high production levels. Complies with the company's policies and procedures. Maintains an acceptable attendance and punctuality record. Produce the required amount of good quality work. Follow the rules and practices of security and organization of your area. Report on the work done correctly. Keeps your equipment and surrounding areas clean and organized. Participate in the EH & S training as scheduled. Actively supports the organization's efforts to meet or exceed the goals and plans of EH & S. Recommends improvements to the EH& S practices. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
