What You'll Be Doing
Assist in implementing and coordinating daily activities in the manufacturing area to meet goals and project deadlines, while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Create a positive and equitable working environment that aligns with Baxter's Shared Values and Leadership Expectations.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
Support VIP projects and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Audit manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
Collaborate in the investigation and resolution of quality issues and complaints.
Assign employees to specific jobs and monitor performance.
Track completion of monthly/quarterly ACE's Check-Ins with all employees.
What You'll Bring
Associate Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Technology with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical/solutions filling industry. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams in a collaborative environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand and apply GMPs and regulatory guidelines.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
Ability to understand technical drawings and follow written procedures.
Valid driver's license (applicable for Cataño — Logistics Center).
Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
