Group Leader - Industria Manufactura
Coordina las actividades de fabricación según lo necesario de producción. Observa su funcionamiento y el proceso de inspección para garantizar que su funcionamiento se ajuste a las especificaciones. Utiliza las herramientas del sistema empresarial Danaher (DBS) y los procesos relacionados para coordinar el trabajo en el taller.
Requisitos
:
Bachillerato completado (Cualquier area)
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de manufactura
Funciones:
Instruir, asistir y capacitar a los operadores en las operaciones de manufactura/configuración.
Mantener el calendario de producción y actualizar el sistema de manufactura.
Utilizar herramientas DBS y participar en eventos Kaizen, según sea aplicable.
Ser experto en la Gestión Diaria de +QDIP. Asegurar el mantenimiento diario de estos tableros. Usar la información para centrarse en situaciones y mejorar la productividad y otras métricas clave.
Cumplir con los procedimientos operativos estándar y las regulaciones de medio ambiente, salud y seguridad.
Ensamblar, reparar, inspeccionar y/o probar productos siguiendo instrucciones escritas.
Asistir a producción en la resolución técnica de problemas y reparaciones de equipos/máquinas y en la reducción de desperdicios.
