The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and positive patient outcomes within the value-based care delivery and prevention models. This role requires a leader who can reduce unnecessary utilization, total cost of care, and MLR, and who can provide thoughtful guidance on population health strategies. Key responsibilities include P&L management, leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing population health management strategies, and fostering strong community and provider relations. The role also involves partnering with matrix leaders to create and implement operational plans, meeting market budget goals, and ensuring compliance with all client SLAs.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in population health and healthcare operational management. A proven track record in reducing unnecessary utilization and TCOC, as well as experience in managing a significant healthcare P&L, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a high-growth organization, Six Sigma certification, and a strong ability to lead diverse teams and engage partners. Skills required include thought leadership in healthcare, data analysis, and performance metrics, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage both at the operational and the strategic levels, and who is adept at process improvement and financial management.
