Job Description POSITION SUMMARY
Perform proper daily functions in the service window area. Ensuring that team members have a favorable experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for mastering all areas of Vault including but not limited to the following: Service windows in vault, Main vault, Impress described (NRT cassettes fills, hard balance and loading NRT's on the gaming floor), Front line windows. Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges for funds throughout the shift. Including jackpots, table credits, table fills, employee gratuity and employee exchanges and retail banks. Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed. Making exchanges with the main vault. Ensuring that all paperwork is completed from slot department including W2-G's for taxable withholdings for jackpots and table games jackpots. Assisting front line when needed to complete transactions for guest using GUI CMS and Leap systems. Credit card advance and check cashing systems. Front Line: Verifying and documenting personal identification information for Everi Title 31 cash transactions' logging check cashing, Credit card advances, Chip cashing, Tito Ticket, cash for cash and all marketing cash transactions. Complete working knowledge of all facilities available for guests on property. Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude at all times. Have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. QUALIFICATIONS One to two year cashier or banking experience preferred. Must have a valid Colorado gaming license. Able to work flexible hours and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Knowledge of Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act etc.) Knowledge of Everi Title 31 transactions and GUI CMS chip bank. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Standing/Walking throughout 10 hour shift. Bending/Lifting throughout 10 hour shift. Lifting up to 20 pounds jet sort bags). Use of adding machine, currency counter, jet sort (coin counter), jet scan (bill counter), photocopier, cash advance system and check cashing system computer. Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise and changing temperatures.
