Full middle name, CSP Certification, SSN, DOB required.Job Description:- Work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.- Be available for on-call responsibilities, ensuring you can report to the facility within the required time frame.- Utilize expertise in sterile processing to ensure all instruments and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed.- Maintain and troubleshoot sterilization equipment, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.- Document and track sterilization processes and quality assurance checks.- Assist in training and orienting new sterile processing staff as needed.Please ensure all requirements and certifications are current before submission.
