*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment. If you are a versatile individual with a knack for fixing things, we want to hear from you! *Duties* - Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing drywall - Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner - Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances, or fixtures - Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds, or curtain rods - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents - Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used *Experience* Required: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role - Proficiency in using hand and power tools - Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks Nice-to-have: - Certification in a relevant field (e.g., carpentry, plumbing) - Experience working in residential or commercial settings
