Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Hardware Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and replacing electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) during the development phase. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic components and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Repair and replace electronic components on PCBs during the development phase.
2. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of PCBs to identify faulty components.
3. Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs and replacements.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the quality and functionality of PCBs.
5. Maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements performed.
6. Follow safety protocols and industry standards in all repair and replacement activities.
Required Skills
1. Proficiency in repairing and replacing electronic components on PCBs.
2. Strong understanding of electronic components and their functions.
3. Experience with soldering and desoldering techniques.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
5. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Certifications Required
1. Associate degree or certification in Electronics or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.
3. Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
