About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Accounting to lead and oversee its financial reporting and accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing the month-end close process. This role involves leading a team of accounting professionals, driving process improvements, and collaborating with FP&A to provide insights on financial performance and strategic planning. The Head of Corporate Accounting will also be involved in preparing and reviewing P&L statements, general ledger entries, and will assist in both internal and external audits.

Applicants for the Head of Corporate Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA highly preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in corporate accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP and SOX regulations, proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, and experience with month-end close processes and general ledger management. A background in public accounting is a plus, and the candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function.
