About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Capital to spearhead the establishment and growth of a new division within its dynamic and rapidly expanding operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising capital from a variety of sources, including accredited investors, family offices, and financial institutions. This role involves the development and management of key relationships, the identification and evaluation of funding sources and investment opportunities, and leading the negotiation and structuring of capital transactions. The Head of Capital will also be tasked with overseeing the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and investor presentations, and must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all capital transactions.

Applicants for the Head of Capital position at the company should ideally hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in both debt and equity capital markets, specifically within the commercial real estate finance sector. The role requires a proven ability to generate new account relationships and leads, with a portable book of business being preferred. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to align capital-raising activities with strategic goals, and must be adept at monitoring market trends and economic conditions to inform and adjust capital-raising strategies as necessary. This is a key leadership role that demands a strategic thinker, a strong negotiator, and a professional with a deep understanding of the financial landscape in the context of the company's industry.
