This role will be a direct report to our CEO/CIO and will offer an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal partner in shaping our equity capital markets strategy. The Head of Capital Markets will be an entrepreneurial, strategic leader that can create product offering and fundraising roadmaps to capitalize our investment strategies.

As the Head of Capital Markets, you will play a crucial role in securing equity capital for our projects and investment offerings, maintaining relationships with investors, and overseeing the capitalization strategy. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of the financial markets, exceptional networking skills, and a strong background in both commercial real estate development and alternative commercial real estate investments. Key responsibilities will include the strategic development and deployment of equity investment offerings and equity raise strategies, meeting equity raise goals, driving results, and managing the team responsible for achieving and exceeding equity fundraising goals for the company.
