The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a strategic advisor to clients on decarbonization and climate risk, ensuring the achievement of team objectives, and overseeing the delivery of engagement services. Deep knowledge of decarbonization, carbon accounting, and climate risk assessment is essential, as is the ability to lead both internal and client-facing engagements. The role also involves contributing to the growth of the company's team of consultants, managing a small team of direct reports, and driving business development efforts.

Applicants for the Head of Climate Risk Services position at the company must have a background in leading the management of energy and decarbonization client programs or in a similar strategic advisory capacity. The role requires the independent development and management of sustainability, energy, and decarbonization programs at scale, with a focus on commercial real estate and related sectors.
