About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Development and Strategy to spearhead its M&A functions and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have a background that includes 2-3 years of investment banking, 2-3 years in consulting, and 3-5 years of corporate development experience. Prior experience in GPO (supply chain/procurement) or software/SaaS is preferred. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, as it is a rapidly expanding private equity-backed organization focused on industrial businesses with diverse needs for supplies and services.

The Head of Corporate Development and Strategy will be responsible for leading the company's M&A activities, identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, and executing deals that align with the company's growth objectives. The role involves working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement corporate strategies that drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at financial analysis, and have a deep understanding of the industrial sector and its procurement processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining key relationships both internally and externally.
