About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing to spearhead its strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's mission to revolutionize the market with innovative, high-quality products and cutting-edge marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in scaling the business and expanding into new opportunities, with a strong focus on performance marketing, particularly through e-commerce channels. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for all marketing activities, including customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, and will lead a lean marketing team in the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing include performance marketing and media buying management, driving new customer acquisition, and optimizing customer lifetime value. The role also involves overseeing brand management, PR, and creative strategies, as well as leading the development and execution of retention and subscription strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in DTC marketing, e-commerce media buying, and a strong background in performance marketing, subscription models, and customer retention strategies. They should be adept at financial forecasting, media buying, and customer journey optimization, and possess knowledge of emerging marketing trends and tools, particularly in AI. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the executive team, and other department heads, and be expected to provide marketing insights on product development, pricing, and market trends.
