About the Role The Company is in need of a Head of Operations to take on a pivotal role in the organization. This transformational leader will oversee project management, ensure the company meets its operational and service goals, and work closely with the chief financial officer to establish and meet financial targets. A collaborative and results-oriented approach is essential, as the role involves leading department heads and teams to drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices. The Head of Operations will also be at the forefront of initiatives to enhance the customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize technology, as well as identify and address operational inefficiencies.

Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in an operations leadership role, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare operations. The role requires a proven track record in implementing operational improvements, cost management, and performance optimization, as well as driving transformational change through technology and systems. While not mandatory, knowledge of property and casualty insurance and retirement plans is advantageous. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, and an advanced degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
