Applicants for the Head of Product Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success. Strong industry knowledge of paper-based packaging materials, processes, and sustainability is essential, as is experience in leading agile product development teams.
