We're seeking an exceptional Head of Product, Net Zero Cloud to drive the future of our industry-leading product. The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader, who is obsessed with making customers and their teams successful. This is a highly visible leadership role that is ready for a candidate who wants to take their career to the next level.
We seek an innovative, experienced product leader with a track record of driving capabilities from concept to successful delivery and growth. The person will lead product planning, the release roadmap, pricing and packaging and technical partnerships.
The highly cross-functional role requires a candidate who enjoys navigating complex global organizations, working in a fast-paced environment, aligning with executive collaborators, collaborating with teams across time zones, and thinking globally.
Responsibilities:Build a vision for the future of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud that focuses on market innovation (including AI) and evangelize this vision with our customers, partners, employees, and analysts.Hold the team accountable for delivering on the 12-18 month vision that has been set for your product line including Pricing and Packaging, MAU, ACV targets, CSAT, and Retention rates as set in your V2MOM.Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy & plan in collaboration with marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support, and product teams.Partner with marketing to shape the narrative, messaging, and positioning for Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.Collaborate with SI and ISV teams to build solutions to drive incremental pipe and ACV.Engage directly with customers, as a trusted advisor, during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.Competencies:Passionate about products and understanding customer and market needs.Demonstrated leadership in setting a compelling product vision.Authoritative understanding of sustainability, CRM, AI, Data, and Analytics products.Curious and innovative, bringing new insights to discussions.Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.Technical depth in modern software development practices.Strong communication skills, able to convey a vision and engage stakeholders.Values-driven, leading with Salesforce values and culture.Outstanding interpersonal skills across various cultures.Qualifications:Proven ability to educate, motivate, align, and lead diverse teams.15+ years of combined product management and sustainability experience.Hands-on sustainability product experience with deep knowledge of Carbon Accounting.Experience implementing Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 reporting.Experience in driving strategic sales engagements.Strong organizational and analytical abilities.AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via the Accommodations Request Form.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $244,500 to $372,900. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range is $224,100 to $341,900. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range is $244,500 to $372,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
