To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are currently seeking a Head of Quality and Compliance who will keep the company within the guidelines, regulations and ethical expectations prescribed by the the company Quality and Compliance Manual, ISO 9001, ISO 37301 and other applicable Quality and Compliance Standards and Regulations. In addition, the Head of Quality and Compliance should have the required technical background to understand market regulations, and will develop and maintain good working relationships with the departmental managers within the company, in addition to external regulatory bodies, industry associations and audit groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance to the company's Process and Product Quality and Compliance guidelines across 5 US-based production facilities, as well as adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 37301 standards.Manage a department of Quality and Compliance staff across production facilities.Review change requests, gather monthly reporting information, prepare, oversee, and implement audits, ensure compliance with and ensure completion of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA's), and identify areas of concern in relation to quality and compliance.Create, modify, update, and implement the company's quality/compliance policies.Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards and ethical standards.Develop risk management strategies and develop control systems to address cases of potential violation of applicable codes, standards and internal business policies.Develop and monitor ongoing training programs for new hire employees and existing employees to ensure that employees are knowledgeable of all compliance and quality requirements specific to their role and responsibilities. Training is to include all relevant ISO requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 37301) and internal policies, processes, and standards.Liaise with Division department heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with Kingspan quality and compliance policies.Maintain compliance with regulations and third-party approvals that need to be lawfully satisfied.Create and maintain the Product Compliance Register to feed into the Divisional Product Compliance Register, which will be a record of all approved products and include the legal obligations and/or standards which are applicable to these products for their markets.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations. Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Recruit additional department staff as needed and provide training and mentoring. Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.Monitor product, environmental, and safety performance to ensure the business consistently meets all required/marketed performance levels. Any deterioration in performance must be escalated as determined necessary.Implement the control of change and improvement procedures according to quality, regulatory compliance and company policies.Ensure the different functional departments are prepared for audits i.e. all necessary departments are to be notified in advance and be well prepared for the audits.Aid different functional departments in resolving non-conformances and CAPA's to close open NCRs and CAPA's both internally and with any third-party certification body.Ensure no unsubstantiated claims are being made on the Company's products by ensuring that the marketing material, product labels and order forms of advertisement or notifications are in adherence with the Product Compliance Register.Report any areas of concern to senior management and where applicable to the Divisional Head of Compliance.Oversee recalls and product withdrawal if due to non-compliances.Attend the Divisional Compliance Team meetings to discuss and track progress on the introduction of the Compliance Management System (CMS) and to raise any matter of concern. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5+ years of successful track record in ISO Quality and Compliance Management, relative to ISO 9001 and ISO 37301.Current ISO 37301 certification, or ability to obtain with 1 year of hire.Current ISO 9001 certification, or ability to obtain with 1 year of hire.Excellent project management and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and high-level multitasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Working knowledge of building materials products and key design features relative to regulatory compliance is preferred.
