About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Quality to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Quality Management Process across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws. This role involves leading internal and external quality audits, driving the resolution of audit findings, and overseeing the inspection process. The Head of Quality will also be tasked with developing and implementing quality control and quality assurance processes, as well as contributing to continuous improvement activities.
Applicants for the Head of Quality position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with relevant certifications. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in a highly regulated industry, such as automotive, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LEAN methodologies, experience with various QA software and automation tools, and a background in implementing QA systems within manufacturing environments. Essential skills include expertise in statistical quality systems, the ability to track and manage customer complaints, and experience in developing and executing employee training on compliance policies. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
