About the Role The Company is a leading force in the cryptocurrency news media space, with a global reach and a strong reputation for engaging, comprehensive content. They are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales with a senior-level background to drive their revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust sales strategies, leading and expanding the sales team, and fostering key relationships with advertisers and business partners. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within digital media, technology, or financial services, and an extensive knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry. The Head of Sales will also be expected to have a demonstrable track record in developing effective sales strategies, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

As the Head of Sales, the primary responsibilities will include collaborating with marketing and editorial teams to create tailored advertising packages, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the sales pipeline and account management processes. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic sales and SEO, and be able to manage and optimize budgets related to sales activities. A high degree of professionalism, an entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency industry are essential. The role also involves preparing detailed sales forecasts and reports, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team, and representing the company at industry events and in negotiations to maximize business opportunities.
