Understand the Company and Product: Immerse yourself in Clerk Chat's products, services, and the specific AI and telecom technologies that differentiate us in the market. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing sales strategies, tools, and CRM systems.
Meet the Team and Key Stakeholders: Schedule introductory meetings with team members across sales, marketing, product development, and customer support departments to understand their roles, challenges, and expectations.
Evaluate Sales Pipeline and Processes: Review the current sales pipeline and strategies. Identify immediate opportunities and challenges. Begin assessing the sales cycle, lead management process, and key performance metrics.First 30 Days: Strategic Development and Early Execution
