About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Social Media to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of a high-performing, cross-channel content marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and launching social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok, and will be instrumental in planning, producing, and posting engaging content. This role demands a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, capable of generating captivating videos and graphics, and writing compelling copy that resonates with the audience. The Head of Social Media will also be tasked with identifying and contracting content creators and influencers, as well as reporting on all content marketing activities and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
Applicants for the Head of Social Media position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in social media or content marketing, particularly within fast-growing B2C or B2B environments. A strong understanding of social media tools, trends, and best practices, especially on Instagram and TikTok, is essential. The role requires proficiency in graphic design, video production, and editing, with a focus on Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a collaborative team player, and possess outstanding copywriting skills. Experience with SEO, data analytics, and a proven track record of driving traffic through content are also key requirements. Nice-to-haves include videography skills, experience with motion graphics, and an understanding of the fashion and/or e-commerce industry.
