The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy for the largest insurance client relationships in the US. Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the investment management industry, including at least 10 years in senior roles within the insurance sector. A Series 24, 7, and 63 license is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance asset management, experience in ETF sales, and executive leadership skills that inspire trust and influence across the organization. Strategic thinking, strong enterprise selling skills, and the ability to use data and analytics to optimize distribution strategy are essential.
