Healthcare & Life Sciences (Compliance & Regulatory) Senior-Level Attorney – Boston

We are looking to speak with senior-level Healthcare compliance attorneys to join our client's preeminent Healthcare & Life Sciences practice groups in Boston.
Our client has extensive experience in representing biopharma, medtech and healthcare clients targeted by OIG, DOJ and congressional investigations; defending against civil and criminal fraud claims; and assisting clients with healthcare compliance efforts.
If you have six (6) plus years of experience working with healthcare and/or life sciences clients on compliance issues with fraud and abuse laws and regulations, together with working knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements and Medicare and Medicaid payment rules, and experience related to internal investigations and responses to the HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), we would be interested to discuss this career advancing opportunity with you.
