We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Engineer to help support our Draper office and remote employees. We are looking for a professional with helpdesk experience working in a medium size company. This role will have the opportunity to lead and run initiatives under the guidance and support of the Helpdesk Manager and the IT Operations Team. This role will be the front line for incoming tickets.
What You Will do User lifecycle management through Active Directory and SSO platforms
Collaborate on handling help desk support issues and projects
Configuring corporate workstations for new hires, staff upgrades
Assist local and remote staff on hardware, software, and networking issues
Assist in the upkeep of office meeting room technologies (AV)
Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and ongoing tasks within the company's ticketing system. Who You AreExcellent communicator with interpersonal skills
Proficient in documentation and focused on consistent quality support
Willingness to learn new technologies and services
Interested in driving automation and taking ownership over SaaS tooling
Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently What You Have 3+ years of experience in Help Desk or above roles
Experience working in a ticketing system (such as Jira)
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, covering networks, servers, storage, and cloud tech
Experience with Windows MDM such as Desktop Central (Manage Engine) or Microsoft Intune
Experience with a wide range of SaaS products (Google Suite, Slack, Zapier, Jira, Confluence, etc)
Foundational industry certifications, such as A+, CCNA, and Security+
Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently
