We are looking for a driven and passionate Highway/Roadway Project Manager to support our transportation projects that focus on challenging highway, roadway, and interchange projects and pursuits. Your immediate assignments as Project Manager will be to oversee and manage transportation projects throughout Ohio and Michigan and be responsible for managing project teams to perform preliminary and final design engineering and prepare construction plan documents to satisfy requirements for local and state roadway projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Michigan, or ability to attain within 6 months of employment
• Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
• Substantial years' experience on transportation projects with Michigan DOT
• Established local and DOT client relationships
• Previous project management experience
• Demonstrated experience on various types of roadway design projects including design and plan development of new and rehabilitation highway projects
• Understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO design guidelines to transportation projects.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
• Demonstrated communication and writing skills including technical report writing
