Qualifications: Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification Knowledge of memory/dementia care or relevant work experience Full Physical Report and Drug Screening 2 professional reference letters-within the past 3 years Eligible to work in the United States Patience, empathy, and compassion is a must! Job Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living, as well as thoughtful or creative activities to engage each unique client. Get to know our client's likes, dislikes, stories, and personality! Depending on their individual needs, you may be asked to help with: Dressing, grooming, and hygiene Ambulation around the house Encouraging exercise and fluids Light housekeeping Meal preparation Running errands Transportation to appointments ABOUT US
