Traditions Home Health Services is seeking Home Health Aides in the Franklin area for Weekend 8a-2p shifts. HHA would assist our male client with safety monitoring, personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping.

Your tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. YOU MUST HAVE:

1.Home Health Aide Certificate

2. 2+ years' experience working with certification

3. A reliable car and insured

4. Speak, read, write the English language.

5. Have ability to work weekends.

6. You must own a cell phone. Documentation completed on App.

7. You must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
