Responsibilities
Make people happy first and foremost. We exist to put smiles on people's faces and that is always the first, and most important, responsibility. Must be able to clearly communicate. Must have a "Team Attitude" and be willing to help anyone in the restaurant. Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner. Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them. Keeping seating chart organized and following rotation as they seat the dining room. Contributing to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed. Answering phones and assisting guests with call-ahead seating or to go orders. Skills
