We are looking for Hotel Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Caguas. The Hotel Manager is responsible of the overall hotel guest experience ensuring that the hotel standards are followed in the mentioned areas. Ensure the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments including concessions. Continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction developing employees.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:
Acknowledges, greets and smiles to every guest and fellow associate in the hotel.
Looks after the well being of every guest and takes personal responsibility in solving the guest's problems, to assure a memorable experience.
Must be available to cater to guest's needs.
Shows respect towards all guest and associates.
Cooperates with all hotel departments.
Keeps informed of all news and events that affect the hotel operation.
Adheres to company's policies and procedures including parent company 10 commandments and policies.
Assist in creating an environment where employees make empowered decisions to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow up on all empowerment successes and opportunities with the appropriate department head.
Ensure the compliance of the company's norms, policies and procedure.
Support operation departments during peak periods.
Ensure that associates are at all times attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient in their interactions with guests. Manage all other associates.
