**Job Title**: House Supervisor, RN - LTC SNF

**Contract Length**: 13 Weeks
**Shift Information**: Nights
**Guaranteed Hours**: 36 hours per week
**Overtime**: After 40 hours per week
**Pay Rate**:
- Hourly: $85/HR (Blended)
- Overtime: $95/HR (Blended)
- Weekly Gross: $3060 (based on 36 hours)
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a **House Supervisor, RN** to oversee the nursing activities for residents in a long-term care skilled nursing facility (SNF). The candidate must be able to work weekends and will play a critical role in maintaining the quality of patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a liaison between the Director of Nursing (DON) and SNF nursing staff.
- Supervise nursing activities, ensuring compliance with physicians' orders and hospital practices.
- Oversee staffing schedules, payroll, and overtime authorization. Collaborate with DON/CNO on hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with evaluations of SNF nursing staff and recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements.
- Support the management of the SNF nursing budget.
- Maintain effective relationships with Medical Staff, Administration, and hospital departments.
- Assist with the orientation of new nursing staff and staff education.
**Qualifications**:
- Active **CA RN license** and **CPR certification**.
- Previous experience in long-term care facilities required.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Dependable, organized, and able to maintain good attendance.
- 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with direct personnel management experience preferred.
