As a Housekeeper, you will: Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms. Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required. Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines. Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Immediately report any lost and found items. Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team. Contribute to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment. Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
