The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is located in the center of the bustling Seaport District. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will assist in the coordination of housekeeping assignments to associates.


Responsibilities:
Prepare daily task assignments for all housekeeping staff.Respond to all phone calls/requests from guests and other departments.Communicate with Supervisors regarding Queue rooms as well as vacant clean rooms.Ensures that all specials are completed by housemen and that alerts are placed on the.Update Synergy system with issues and requests from guests, associates, and supervisors.Maintain clear and efficient communication with the Front Desk.Maintain cleanliness and organization in department including the laundry area.Perform any other duties required by management.

Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping experience preferred.Must be able to sit or stand in workstation for up to 8 hours per shift.Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities.Must possess the ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations.
