Job Summary:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Reporting to the HR Manager, the assistant will support certain aspects of the hiring process, employee relations, record keeping, scheduling, and training tasks. This role is often required to multitask and work accurately to strict deadlines. As the position is dynamic, the person fulfilling it must possess exceptional organization skills, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with members, high management, and co-workers.
Essential Functions:
Maintaining all employee files current.
Assist with the documentation of sick, personnel, and paid time off.
Assist with the distribution of all members' access cards.
Update the calendar for the attendance register.
Assist with the distribution of company IDs.
Assist with the distribution of company uniforms.
Assist with employee business card distribution.
Update of drivers permits & license log.
Assist with all employee relations.
Assist with the coordination and logistics of the Quarterly Meetings.
Assist with all recognition programs (Culture ambassador, Anniversary, attendance).
Assisting with the coordination of the interviews.
Assisting with the publishing and maintenance of job post ads.
Assist with office management duties, such as space organization, supplies, etc.
What you need to succeed?
Bachelor's Degree
2 to 5 years of experience
