General Description
Provide outstanding candidate support by efficiently managing candidate inquiries across all communication channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the application process. Additionally, orient internal customers and applicants on Talent Acquisition processes and policies, documenting all interactions via email and SuccessFactors to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support candidate pre-screening process for assigned positions, that include but are not limited to performing phone interviews, post & administer job postings, respond candidate inquiries and test coordination.
Support and provides an exceptional service experience to internal and external candidates and hiring managers responding to phone calls, emails and others.
Respond to internal and external candidates' questions and general inquiries related to Human Resources systems, processes and policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations or Psychology.
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition field.
Other Qualifications
Excellent focus in customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills and can work in groups.
Ability to work in an organized manner.
Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Oral Communication: Spanish and English language proficiency. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in any situation.
Computer and technological literacy: Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
