HR Coordinator are responsible for finding and recruiting caregiver candidates, including developing strategies to meet caregiving needs and identifying prospective caregivers through sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Full-cycle recruiting of caregivers to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, tracking, and onboarding Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a pleasant and courteous manner. Maintain and update all caregiver files in accordance with state regulations. Accept on-call duties on a regular basis. Various office administration duties. Qualifications An associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 1+ year experience in high volume recruiting Experience with recruitment processes, best practices, ATS, and job board utilization. Familiar with a variety of direct care concepts, practices, and procedures regarding in-home senior care. Success managing client relationships with a commitment to quality and results. Experience supporting customer needs with a high level of service. Proficiency with Microsoft products Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently. Ability to pass a criminal background check and MVR check Schedule/Work Setting Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm with paid on-call duty averaging once every 4 weeks. Must have ability to work out of both NWI offices (Crown Point & Chesterton) as well as throughout our service area. Possibility of some remote work Benefits Vacation: 10 days per year, after 1 year of full-time employment. (Awarded on anniversary date each year thereafter). Paid Time Off (personal days): 3 days per year, accrued monthly (2 hrs/month) after first 90 days of full-time employment.
