This full-time, entry-level role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and making a difference. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities Include: Application Management: Review and manage job applications from candidates interested in becoming Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). Candidate Outreach: Reach out to potential candidates to guide them through the application process. Onboarding Preparation: Ensure candidates possess the proper skills and documentation to begin the onboarding process. Scheduling: Schedule applicants for PCA exams and organize their orientation sessions. Tracking and Reporting: Keep track of how many candidates successfully move through the application process and submit reports on progress. Compliance: Ensure all applications and processes meet the company's standards and legal requirements. Additional Projects: Assist with other HR projects as needed. Ideal Qualifications: Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
