A company in the security guard sector in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking an HR/Onboarding Specialist to handle new hires. Part-time and full-time options are available.

Responsibilities Include: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications. Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Conduct orientation sessions and training for new employees. Address and resolve any HR-related issues or concerns. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the security guard industry. Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
