is looking for HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to support day-to-day activities in our offices.
Role and Responsibilities
:
Partner with HR Lead and Services Director to determine staffing needs.
Lead the sourcing process of potential candidates using local and online search platforms.
Perform job fit analysis between candidate and job opportunities.
Perform candidates' submission into Customers HR systems.
Attends and participate in networking activities/events with academic institutions and relevant industries.
Develop and implement efficient and effective innovative recruiting strategies and methods.
Maintain relationships with both internal clients (candidates) and external clients (EQVAL's customers) to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
May support other related tasks when needed.
Qualifications and Education
:
BA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years' proven work experience as Recruiter or similar role.
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Bilingual written and spoken (Spanish and English).
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
