Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and streamline onboarding processes. Compliance: Stay current on employment laws and implement HR policies for compliance. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and manage conflict resolution. Performance Management: Implement performance review processes and assist with employee development. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations. Training and Development: Identify and coordinate training opportunities for employees. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with 1 year in home care. Excellent communication skills.
