Provides administrative support including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records for the HR Division. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs. Also, the job holder may perform clerical tasks and coordination for the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process all Recruitment personnel transactions, for example new hires, terminations, transfers, files maintenance.

Publish authorized positions.

Perform the hiring process for regular employees

Organize the new hire files

Coordinate test referrals if applicable

Send closing process notifications to the interviewed unselected candidates

Prepare presentations and reports, as required.

Perform other tasks and projects in support to the Division as requested by the manager.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, and/or PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Preferably, with Human Resources major.
Minimum of six (6) months of related experience in administrative tasks.
