To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:
•Maintains integrity and accuracy of the HRIS database.
•Analyze, test and implement HRIS computer system modules.
•Reviews source documents for accuracy and completion of data input and verifies output.
•Generates and distributes a variety of reports and statistical summaries.
•Develop queries and generate analytical reports for authorized personnel.
•Provide query support to users.
•Provides end user functional training.
•Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll related human resources data.
•Investigates programs to process and analyze data and solve human resources problems.
•Serves as liaison with IT staff in resolving programming and related problems.
•Assist with the strategic direction of HRIS application within Human Resources
This full-time salary-exempt role is a part of our Corporate Human Resource team and reports to the HRIS Manager.
Required experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years' experience with KRONOS. General knowledge in HR information systems. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem resolution skills, along with customer service and team orientation skills. Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Preferred experience: UKG Experience SQL knowledge Working conditions:
