Job Description:
We are currently seeking a driven and highly organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. As a Human Resources Manager at International Bridge, you will play a crucial role in day to day people management of the business. Some of your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, and benefits management. Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree
or
equivalent experience is required
Prior experience with an applicant tracking system and managing candidates in a job requisition a plus
Familiarity with Puerto Rico labor law
Experience with benefits and insurance
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Flexibility to travel
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operations and warehouse managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Assist with the hiring and onboarding process including background checks and drug screens
Conduct training on workplace safety and compliance
Track and report key hiring and operations metrics
Support health benefits management
Ensure compliance with the payroll process and procedures
Help managers with day to day employee issues
