Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Workday Human Resources Business Analyst to support our prestigious client in the energy sector. This position is ideal for those looking to leverage their expertise in HR systems and business process analysis, while working closely with Workstream Leads and stakeholders to enhance HR operations. Youll play a pivotal role in identifying automation opportunities and ensuring smooth HR business process workflows.
Responsibilities: Conduct gap analysis on HR processes by reviewing Workday system configurations and identifying opportunities for further automation. Engage with Workstream Leads and stakeholders to gather information on current HR processes, both as-is and to-be. Analyze business processes to ensure alignment with SOX controls for key HR workflows, from Hire to Termination. Collaborate with Training Specialists to provide system screenshots and documentation for training materials, including CBT and job aids. Review and document findings to facilitate efficient HR system improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience conducting business process gap analysis in HR systems. Expertise with Workday, particularly in accessing HR workflows and documenting system configurations. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and shared folders. Ability to effectively interview stakeholders and summarize findings in a clear, actionable format.
