What You'll Tackle:
Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies to support the achievement of business goals. Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance improvement strategies. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and action planning. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and selection. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Stay current on relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements. Act as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with SAG AFTRA union representatives to address labor relations matters, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements and fostering a positive working relationship What's Needed to Win: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR consulting Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in HR management Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to effectively manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and sensitivity. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
