About the Role The Company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to design and execute HR and talent strategies that enhance company performance and engagement. This role involves analyzing business data, including employee feedback, and proactively identifying and implementing programs to support the employee experience. The HR Business Partner will also provide guidance on a range of HR issues, such as talent management, leadership development, compensation strategy, and diversity and inclusion.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a professional HR certification preferred, and 5-7 years' experience in HR, including at least 3-5 years in an HRBP or strategic HR generalist capacity. Experience in professional services and a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and leading HR projects are desired. The role requires a solid understanding of HR and employment laws, as well as experience with performance management and employee engagement tools. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to use data for decision-making, and a proven track record of influencing change management. The position may involve some travel, both domestic and international.
