Human Resources Consultant

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
*Duties*
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with hiring to ensure staffing needs are met
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for employees
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HR best practices
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with payroll system
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
