Perform Human Resources activities; activities may include payroll processing, policy planning, employee testing and selection, in charge of recruiting process, training and development; organizational development and analysis. May prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Essential functions:
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to Intechsol, Corp. staff and its clients.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management Elysium or ITS system software.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
Recommend organizational process or policy changes for Intechsol, Corp. clients.
Update knowledge of legal or regulatory environments and communicate to customers.
Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance before analyze training needs for Intechsol, Corp. clients.
Collaborates with Implementation Department for Elysium software training program to clients.
Perform payroll for Intechsol, Corp. clients.
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll software system.
Most own a car and travel to client.
Required Education and Experience
. Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Industrial Organizational Psychology or Similar | Other Related Certifications
